I founded The Service Standard because I want to make a difference.
I grew up in Hospitality. It's always been the closest work to my heart.
It’s fast-paced, dynamic, and full of some of the most genuine, hardworking people you’ll ever meet — people who lead with heart, not ego.
Over the years, as I worked with hospitality teams and leaders, I kept coming back to the same thought, how can I help these organizations with their people challenges AND make it affordable.
While exploring ways to bring hiring & training to the Austin hospitality community, I realized my reach would always be limited if I stayed inside traditional models.
So I tried something different.
We started by offering leadership and people development directly to individuals — the people actually doing the work, leading shifts, coaching teams, and carrying the day-to-day responsibility of hospitality leadership.
Right now, I’m listening and learning.
My goal is simple...
to understand where the hospitality and service brands need help— and how The Service Standard could truly support them.
The Service Standard may be early. I hope it’s not.
