The Service Standard exists to make leadership easier.

I founded The Service Standard because I want to make a difference.

I grew up in Hospitality. It's always been the closest work to my heart.

It’s fast-paced, dynamic, and full of some of the most genuine, hardworking people you’ll ever meet — people who lead with heart, not ego.

Over the years, as I worked with hospitality teams and leaders, I kept coming back to the same thought,
more leaders deserve access to real, practical leadership development — not just the larger organizations.

While exploring ways to bring training to the Austin hospitality community, I realized my reach would always be limited if I stayed inside traditional models.

So I tried something different.

Instead of only working with companies, I started offering leadership development directly to individuals — the people actually doing the work, leading shifts, coaching teams, and carrying the day-to-day responsibility of hospitality leadership.

Right now, I’m listening and learning.

My goal is simple...
to understand whether leaders want accessible, practical leadership development — and how often it would truly support them.

The Service Standard may be early. I hope it’s not.
